Platform Guidelines

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by hot128, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or use any part of the hot128 platform.

These terms cover the use of the hot128.vu website, the hot128 mobile app, all games and services available on the platform, and all communications between you and hot128 through our customer support channels.

Hot128 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this website, and your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use hot128 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration
• Not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities
• Acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion program from any gambling platform
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Hot128 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory proof is provided. Any winnings obtained by an account found to have been registered fraudulently will be forfeited in full.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account at hot128. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms. hot128 uses an advanced detection system to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device, payment information, and personal details.

• Exact date of birth
• An active and verifiable email address

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Before making your first withdrawal, players are required to complete the KYC process by submitting the following documents:

• Front and back copy of MyKad or the photo page of your passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last three months)
• Selfie holding your identity document (if requested)

The KYC verification process is typically completed within one to two business days. Until KYC is complete, strict withdrawal limits may apply to your account.

Hot128 accepts deposits via a variety of secure payment methods and supports Malaysian Ringgit (RM) directly with no currency conversion. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. hot128 does not accept third-party deposits. If there is a discrepancy between the hot128 account name and the payment method owner's name, hot128 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending verification.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the KYC process has been completed and there are no outstanding wagering requirements on any bonus balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.

Withdrawal Processing Time

• DuitNow & FPX: 1 to 3 hours on working days
• eWallet (TNG, GrabPay, Boost): usually within 1 hour
• Standard bank transfer: 1 to 2 working days

Hot128 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. These checks may take up to three business days. Players may not cancel a withdrawal request that is already being processed.

All withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a bank account verified through the KYC process. hot128 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Hot128 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirements for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms
• Bonus funds and player cash are kept separate — cash can be withdrawn at any time, but bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must meet the wagering requirements first
• Hot128 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of promotional abuse
• Playing with a minimum bet that does not meet the game requirements may result in bonus cancellation
• Players are eligible to receive only one welcome bonus throughout their membership

All games available at hot128 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system certified by recognised independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, hot128's server logs are considered the accurate and final record. Results displayed on the player's screen may differ from server logs in cases of internet connectivity issues — in such cases, the server log prevails.

Prohibited Gaming Activities

• Use of automation software, bots or scripts for gameplay
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Any form of fraud or dishonest activity

Hot128 reserves the right to void games and refund the original bet if there is a clear technical error in the game presentation or displayed odds.

Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the hot128 platform. Players are strictly prohibited from:

• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language towards customer support staff or other players
• Spreading false or misleading information about hot128
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or other players' accounts
• Using the hot128 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to play using your account

Hot128 maintains an active monitoring system to identify suspicious behaviour. Any activity that violates these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

Hot128 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may result in account suspension or closure include:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the designated timeframe
• Multiple account ownership
• Account closure request by the player
• Compliance with directives from regulatory bodies or court orders

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, hot128 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with fraudulent activity. Legitimate cash balances will be returned to the player upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time through our customer support channels. Self-exclusion requests related to gambling problems will be processed promptly.

Hot128 provides the gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Hot128 will not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavorable game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Player device or internet connection failure during a gaming session
• Third-party actions that affect player account security due to the player's own negligence

In cases where a proven technical error by hot128 directly causes losses to a player, hot128's maximum liability is limited to the amount wagered in the affected session only.

Hot128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Players will be notified of significant changes through:

• Notification email to the player's registered address
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the hot128 platform after any changes take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
